Ultimate Ferrari Daytona 365 GTB/4

Ferrari Daytona 365 Book – Volume One:

Volume 1 explores the full spectrum of the Daytona’s road-going legacy, covering both the GTB/4 and the GTS/4.

It delves into the differences between EU-spec and US-spec examples, from the revolutionary Plexiglass headlamps to the American pop-up solution.

The book explores the collaborative history between Pininfarina and Ferrari – alongside Scaglietti – that led to the creation of the Daytona, along with its lasting influence on modern automotive design, seen in models like the Ferrari 465, SP3, and 12Cilindri, and even in unexpected places like the Peugeot 405.

Ferrari Daytona 365 Book – Volume Two:

Volume 2 is entirely dedicated to the Competizione Daytonas, chronicling their racing history from the debut of a prototype GTB/4C at Le Mans in 1969 to their final appearance at the Daytona 24 Hours in 1981.

The book highlights the Daytona’s legendary performance at the 1973 Le Mans 24 Hours, where it secured first through fourth in class with nine entries.

It also pays tribute to the influential privateer teams that campaigned Daytonas during this era, including NART, Charles Pozzi / Ferrari France, Maranello Concessionaires, Scuderia Filipinetti, and Ecurie Francorchamps.
